In view of the observations of this Court dated 10th June, 2015 the learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant prays for withdrawal of the present proceedings with liberty to file appropriate appeal before the Sessions Court in view of the provisions of Section 372 of Cr.P.C.. Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
