After the matter is heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will make an application before the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, in view of submission made by learned PP that in view of revised emergency parole guidelines dated 17th May, 2021 by the High Powered Committee, the applications may be made to the jail authority for consideration of emergency parole.

Mrs. Pai, learned PP submits that if application is made to the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, the same will be decided within one week from making of the application. She Bhagyawant Punde

The copy of the decision taken by Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison, be communicated to the prisoner. 4.
