Statutory deposit be transferred to the Claims Tribunal, Mumbai. Claims Tribunal shall pay 15% of the compensation alongwith accrued interest thereon to claimant no.1, 15% each to the claimant nos.2 to 6 and 10% to the respondent nos.7 and 8 along with interest thereon. In the Shivgan 1/2
sHIVGAN 2-FA-356-2022.odt event, children of the deceased, i.e., respondent nos.2 to 6 are minors, Claims Tribunal shall invest the said amount in any Nationalised bank till the date, the said respondents attain the age of majority.
Appeal as well as applications stand disposed of in the above terms.
