This is an application for bail in CR No.283 of 2013 registered with Swargate Police Station, Pune for offences under Sections 302, 307, 143, 145, 147, 148, 149, 201, 120-B and 427 of Indian Penal Code, with Section 3(25), 27, 4(25) of Arms Act and under Section 37(1)(3) of Mumbai Police Act.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that trial had commenced and the prosecution has examined almost all the witnesses except Investigating Officer. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, no case is made out for grant of bail. The previous application preferred by the applicant was rejected on merits.
