Criminal Bail Application No.1606 of 2023 is permitted to be withdrawn in view of the reasons stated in the praecipe since this Court is seized with hearing of the Criminal Bail Application. Incidentally, this Court on 15.04.2024, heard the said Application and had adjourned the same to 25.04.2024 at the request of the junior Advocate appearing on behalf of the Advocate appearing for the Applicant.

Today Mr. Patil who is Advocate on record files a praecipe seeking the withdrawal of the Criminal Bail Application in view of the
