In both these applications the applicants are seeking permission to travel abroad i.e. Bahrain from 20 June, 2017 to 20 September, 2017.

The applicants had earlier preferred applications seeking permission to travel abroad. Vide order dated 15 July, 2015, the applicants permitted to visit Bahrain for a period of three months. 1/3
Vina k sr.915 & 917. appp.397 & 399.2017.doc However, the applicants were directed to surrender their passport before the concerned Magistrte after they return to India. Thereafter the applicants were again permitted to travel abroad vide order dated 13 January, 2016 for the period from 15 January, 2016 to 1 March, 2016. The applicants, thereafter, preferred another application before this Court and by order dated 29 August, 2016, they were permitted to travel abroad from 5 September, 2016 to 15 December, 2016.

The applicants had preferred applications in which the order was passed on 3 March, 2017 permitting them to travel to Bahrain from 11 March, 2017 to 10 April, 2017.

In the aforesaid circumstances, and for reasons stated in applications the permission can be granted to the applicants to travel abroad as prayed for.

Hence I pass the following order;
:: ORDER ::
(i) The applicants are permitted to travel abroad i.e. Bahrain from 20 June, 2017 to 20 September, 2017.
(ii) Learned Magistrate seized with the proceedings viz. C. C. No.1773/PW/2016 directed to hand over passport to the applicant in criminal application No.399/2017. The applicant in criminal application no.399/2017 shall deposit the passport with the concerned Magistrate Court within one week she returns from Bahrain.
