2] In view of the order dated 9th July, 2020 and the pleadings in paragraph no. 9 of the contempt petition, we are of the view that the order of which contempt is alleged was already complied with. 3] In case if the petitioner is denied promotion in future, it shall always be open for him to question such action of the university in an independent proceeding.
