Learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, pressed for prayer clauses (e) and (f) of the petition and prays that the direction be issued against the respondent no.1 to decide the review application and also the representation made by the petitioners described in prayer clause (a) of the petition. Statement is accepted.

We direct the respondent no1 to decide the said review application and the representation within three weeks from today. The order that would be passed by the respondent no.1 shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing such order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on merit of the said review application and representation made by the petitioners. All contentions of both the parties on merit of maintainability of the said review application and on merit of the representation are kept open. Writ
