By this Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners claiming to be the owners/landlords of the subject property are seeking to impugn the decision of the District Judge, Pune, dated 3rd January 2018 passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.790 of 2012 dismissing the Appeal against the impugned decree passed by the Small Causes Court, Pune, dated 16th June 2012 in R.C.Suit No.221 of 2008 dismissing the Petitioner's suit seeking eviction of the Respondent /tenant on the ground of permanent alteration without the consent of the Petitioners and also causing

3. This Petition has been filed in the year 2018 and does not appear to have been circulated although from the cause list it is seen that one Ajaykumar Vijay Patil has filed caveat and VP for Respondents no.1A to 1D. However, since none appears, list on 3rd August 2023.

However, again today none appears for the parties. 3.
