The learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered a copy of the Writ Petition No. 2046 of 2021, which is taken on record. 3.

The limited grievance in this petition is that the complaint filed by the petitioner herein bearing No. SW/46/2021 seeking direction for registration of first information report and investigation under section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure is not being heard and the matter has been adjourned to 21st September, 2021.

In the backdrop of the aforesaid nature of the grievance, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the learned Magistrate for an expeditious hearing of the said complaint bearing No. SW/46/2021.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate and seek an expeditious hearing of the complaint bearing No. SW/46/2021 . 6.

We have not entered into merits of the matter and the learned Magistrate is requested to deal with the complaint in accordance with law.
