The applicant herein is accused in Sessions Case No. 503 of 2015 and facing charge for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 397, 120(B) Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Thane, Sessions Court. He has sent this application through jail for expeditious hearing. Mr. Gangurde, the learned APP states that, the trial against the applicant is already in progress. The prosecution has so far examined five witnesses and proposes to examine seven more witnesses. In that circumstance, no orders need be passed on the application.
