This is an application seeking modification of order dated 28 February, 2017 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1274 of 2016 .

The applicant was enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only.) with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is not in a position to arrange the local solvent sureties as stipulated in the aforesaid order and hence applicant continued to be in custody. 1/2

Vina k sr.55.appp.398.2017.doc It is noted that the applicant was granted bail on 28 February, 2017, he is in custody from 28 March, 2015.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that instead of local solvent sureties, the applicant is willing to furnish the solvent sureties from the State of Maharashtra.

In the aforesaid circumstances, I am inclined to modify the order dated 28 February, 2017.

Hence I pass the following order;

:: ORDER ::

(i) Order dated 28 February, 2017 passed in in Criminal Bail Application No.1274 of 2016 is modified to the extent that the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only.) with one or more sureties in the like amount from the State of Maharashtra.

(ii) Other conditions in order dated 28 February, 2017 shall remain same.

(iii) Application is disposed of.
