The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed the Petition restraining the respondents from withdrawing the amount, which was deposited by the petitioner in the trial Court. He further submits that today, he is informed by the learned counsel for the respondents that the amount is already withdrawn. He further submits that in view of this, nothing survives in this Petition and therefore, he wants to file appropriate proceedings. 2.

In view of the above, as nothing survives in this Petition, the same is disposed off. Liberty is granted to file appropriate proceeding.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
