Heard the learned APP appearing for the Respondent/State. The limited grievance of the Petitioner in the Petition by way of complaint filed on 06/04/2016 is that the charge-sheet in relation to FIR No.356 of 2012 has not been filed and there is a delay in filing the chargesheet. Considering the passage of time, it is quite probable that the chargesheet might have been filed. In the event, the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, the concerned Investigating officer/Competent Authority is directed to file the appropriate report in accordance with law.
