The Petitioner has made a request for transfer from Taloja Prison to the Prison at Thane. The said request was made by the Petitioner in the year 2016. In case, the grievance of the Petitioner still subsists, the concerned Authority to look into it and consider the said grievance of the Petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and communicate the said decision to the Petitioner. With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
