After arguing for some time, as the Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid applications.

Accordingly, the Applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the peculiar facts of this case and in particular the age of the victim girl i.e. 13 years, the trial of the applicant is expedited.
