The learned AGP tenders a copy of communication dated 14th June, 2013 issued by the Section Officer, Law and Judiciary Department of the State Government on record. A list of dates and events has been attached to the said communication which record that on the basis of the representation of the Petitioner of 29th April, 2013, a decision has been taken by the High Power Committee and that the same has been communicated to the Petitioner on 6th June, 2013. We accept the aforesaid statements. In view of the statements, it is not necessary to initiate any action against the Respondents. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
