This is a subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody since 23.12.2015 and till today, the charge is not framed and, therefore, the applicant has filed the present application seeking enlargement on bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. 2.

The Application stands dismissed. However, the learned Sessions Judge, Pune, shall make every endeavour to expedite the trial as far as possible.
