The Petitioner a Cooperative Housing Society has filed this Petition alleging inaction on the part of Respondent No. 1 for not taking any action in regard to the Petitioners' complaint dated 4th August, 2015. According to the Petitioner, the Respondent No. 3 has constructed the illegal and unauthorized structure of nine shops in the basement in the building situated at C.T.S. No. 6268, Sr.No. 103108, Plot No. 62, Near Vastu Udyog, Stadium Road, Pimpri, Pune and in regard to the said unauthorized and illegal structure, a notice was Vishal Parekar 1/2

912-wp-7880-2016 also issued on 5th May, 2000 by the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation but thereafter no action was taken. 2.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 Commissioner, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pune to consider the Petitioners' grievance and take appropriate steps/action in regard to the same in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties. 3.

Let the necessary steps/action be taken as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petitioner is free to file a fresh detail representation with supporting documents along with the copy of this order before the Commissioner.
