On 29th September 2017 the matter was stood over to 5th October 2017 for dismissal because once again none appeared for Petitioner. The Petition was admitted on 16th January 1997. Final hearing matters for today and tomorrow were notified a week ago with a specific noting that there will be no adjournment. 3.

In view of the continued absence of the Petitioner, the Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Rule is discharged. All interim orders stand vacated.
