The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing any claim against respondent nos.1 to 6 and therefore, the Consent Terms between the petitioner and respondent nos.7 to 13 is not binding on respondent nos.1 to 6.

The petitioner has filed the application for withdrawal of this petition which is marked as 'Exhibit B' to the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in view of those Consent Terms, the petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition.
