Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 20th November, 2014, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1452 of 2014 was disposed of by giving direction to the police to give 72 hours notice if they intend to arrest the applicant/accused. Thereafter, 72 hours notice was issued and present Anticipatory Bail Application No. 781 of 2016 was filed before this Court. This Anticipatory Bail Application was taken up on 29th April, 2016. At that time, interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicant/accused, however, subsequently by giving this order, I found that it is appropriate for the applicant/accused to file Anticipatory Bail Application before the Sessions Court seeking protection.

Today, this Anticipatory Bail Application is taken up suo motto on board. The applicant/accused is directed to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application before the Sessions Court. The Anticipatory Bail Application 1 / 2
903.ABA781_2016.doc will be decided by the learned Sessions Judge independently on merit without getting influenced by the observations made by this Court while granting interim pre-arrest bail to the applicant/accused on 29th April, 2016. However, the interim protection granted to the applicant/accused will continue till 10th June, 2016.
