Learned A.P.P. states that pursuant to the directions issued by this court, the applicant had attended to the Investigating Officer and his voice sample has been taken. He makes a categorical statement that the Investigating Officer does not require the custody of the applicant or further investigation. In the wake of the above, the order dated 6/05/2022 is made absolute. The applicant shall however continue to report to the Investigating Officer as and when called for. 3.
