This is the second interim application seeking interim bail preferred by the applicant. The first interim application of the applicant seeking suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of his appeal was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram : S.S.Shinde & N.R. Borkar, JJ.) vide order dated 15th February, 2022 in Interim Application No. 3431 of 2021. The said order is at page No. 64 of the application.

Considering the aforesaid, judicial propriety requires that the present application seeking suspension of his sentence and enlargement on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of his appeal be placed before the same Court. Accordingly, Registry to place the application Rekha Patil 1/2
