This Appeal is preferred alongwith the application for condonation of delay. Sufficient cause is shown. The delay stands condoned.

This Appeal is preferred by the BEST Undertaking against the judgment and Award dated 15th December, 2015 whereby the appellants were directed to pay compensation of Rs.21,70,000/- with interest at the rate of 9% from the date of presentation of an application till its realisation. 3.
Respondent no.1 is the wife of the deceased. Respondents no.2 and 3 are the children of the deceased who are minors as on today.

The parties have settled the claim and reached settlement terms. Such terms dated 14th July, 2018 are taken on record. The contents of the application are read over to her. She admits the contents. She is identified by her Aadhar Card. The copy of the Aadhar Card is taken on record and marked 'X'.
