Considering the fact that due to passage of time, the order of re-instatement would not be possible and considering the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of 1Senior Superintendent Telegraph (Traffic) Bhopal V/s. Santosh Kumar Seal & Ors., in my opinion, Respondent No.1 would be entitled to a fair compensation and considering the facts of the (2010) 6 Supreme Court Cases 773

2 wp4301-06.doc matter, the fair compensation to which Respondent No.1 would be entitled to, is quantified at the rate of Rs.5,00,000/- to meet the ends of justice.
