By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of C.R.No. I-7 of 2014 from the Tarapur Police Station to any other competent investigating agency.

Learned APP has tendered a report of the API - Mr. Yogesh Jadhav attached to Tarapur Police Station dated 30th June, 2022. The Wakodikar 1/2

31. WP 1887-2014.doc said report is taken on record. From the said report, it appears that eight persons were arrested in connection with C.R.No. I-7 of 2014 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 395, 354, 342, 452, 324, 427, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under the provisions of the Arms Act. From the said report, it appears that after the investigation, chargesheet was filed in the said case on 11th June, 2014.

In view of the report dated 30th June, 2022, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
