P.C. :- 1) By an order dated 29th June, 2018 the applicant was directed to personally remain present before this Court on 20th July,2018. The record indicates that on 20th July,2018 the applicant did not remain present in this Court and at the request of learned counsel for the applicant the matter was adjourned to 27th July, 2018. On 27th July, 2018 at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, the matter was kept today with a specific understanding that the applicant shall comply with the order dated 29th June, 2018.

2) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant could not remain present as he is hospitalized. It is, thus, clear that the applicant has failed to comply with the order dated 29th June,2018 till today. In view thereof, it appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the present application.

3) Application is accordingly rejected.
