DATED : 13th JULY, 2022 P.C:- By order dated 15/06/2022, the applicant was admitted to protection from arrest, and he was directed to report to the police station. Accordingly he has attended to the investigating officer, and learned APP on instruction of the IO state that his custody is not warranted but he shall be directed to report to the police station for some more period of time. Directing the applicant to report to the investigating officer on 18/07/2022 and 19/07/2022, the order dated 15/06/2022 is confirmed.
