Learned A.P.P has also placed on record copy of the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory dated 23rd June, 2021 in respect of D.N.A extract from the blood of the victim vis-a-vis the applicant - accused.

The trial Court would take into consideration opinion given by the Chemical Analyzer.

In view of the aforesaid facts, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application.

The trial Court shall conclude hearing of the case at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournments either to the prosecution or to the defence.
