The applicants-petitioners have sought review of the order dated 28 April 2015 in Writ Petition Nos. 9560 of 2014 and 9572 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioners' case is covered by ABS

RP 50-2015 the Government Resolution dated 17 February 2004 and not by the Government Resolution dated 15 November 2011. 2.

We clarify that it would be open to the petitioners to raise this contention, within one week from today, before the State Government which is going to take a decision on the petitioners' application for releasing the salary grant. The decision will be taken by 31 July 2015. If the decision is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioners will be at liberty to file a fresh petition for challenging such decision. In case the State Government does not take a decision on the petitioners' application for salary grant as per the order dated 28 April 2015, the authorities shall release the salary grant of the petitioners by 15 August 2015.

The respondents shall consider the aforesaid contention of the petitioners before taking a final decision. All the contentions are kept open.

The review petitions are disposed of in terms of the above.
