P.C.:

By this Petition, Petitioners had challenged order dated 10 November 2021 passed by the Minister, Revenue, directing the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Nashik, to modify the order dated 25 February 2000 and to pass a separate order for preparation of a separate 7/12 extract in respect of land admeasuring 1Acre 20 Ars in erstwhile Survey No.109-C (Gut No.422/1). In pursuance of Minister's order, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records has conducted an enquiry and instead of passing an order, he has submitted a report dated 12 June 2023 to the Superintendent of Land Records, Nashik holding that it is not possible to allot land admeasuring 1 Acre 20 Ars in Gut No.422/1 on account of several transactions that have been taken place. In view of the katkam 1/2

k 2/2 22 wp 8310.22 as.doc report dated 12 June 2023 of the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Nashik, the challenge to the order dated 10 November 2021 passed by the Minister, Revenue, would not survive now, the party affected by report dated 12 June 2023 will have to take necessary steps to challenge the same.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered any of the contentions raised by the parties on merits.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
