Mr. K. V. Saste, Learned APP appearing for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar a letter written by the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur addressed to the office of public prosecutor, appellate side High Court of Bombay, the same is taken on record and marked '

X' for identification.

It is stated in the said letter that the petitioner has already undergone his sentence and he has been released from Jail on 31.05.2013. In that view of the matter nothing further survives for consideration in the present writ petition. Hence, writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
