This is an application for restoration of the Revision Application (St.) No. 29119 of 2018 which was dismissed for non compliance of Order dated 21st February 2019 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). There is a delay of 18 days in filing the present application. Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that, he has now removed the office objections.

Perusal of the application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and for restoration of the Civil Revision Application.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 5(a) and 6(b).
