P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Wayal, API Kurar Village Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is completed and the Investigating Officer will file charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of one week from today. The said statement is accepted.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court.
