Pending Appeal, the sole respondent (original claimant) died. He is survived by his mother. The appeal is accordingly amended. The legal representative is brought on record.

The parties to the Appeal have settled the claim and arrived at consent terms executed on 8th December, 2018. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. Smt. Shanta Vithal Kamble is present before the Court. The consent terms are explained to her. She admits the contents of it. Copy of her Aadhar Card is taken on record as proof of her identity. The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn accordingly. Refund of court fees as per Rules.
