Heard Mr. Anil Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Kamlakant Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents at length.

By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, original plaintiff has challenged the order dated 23.4.2015 by which the learned trial Judge declined the request of the plaintiff to adduce secondary evidence in support of documents at Sr. Nos.10 to 15 in the List of Documents. 3.

After arguing the Petition for sometime, Mr. Mishra seeks permission to withdraw this Petition.

On the motion made by Mr. Mishra, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn.
