Notice issued to Respondent No.2(d)(i) is returned unserved with postal remark "Left". On perusal of Bailiff report, it reveals that the Respondent No.2(d)(i) was residing on given address.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent No.2(d)(i) by way of Publication in Daily Newspaper "Prabhat".

The Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that he may allow it to publish in Daily Newspaper "Prabhat". Thus, Civil Application for Publication against Respondent No.2(d)(i) is allowed by way of paper Publication in Daily Newspaper "Prabhat", circulating in the Pune District, returnable by 8 weeks.
