Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

Mr. Justice J.A. Patil, Retired is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of Articles of Agreement dated 18th November, 2010.

ii.

The disclosure of Mr. Justice J.A. Patil, Retired under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 shall be filed on 13 th December, 2018.

iii.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. iv.

The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. v.

The venue of Arbitration shall be at Pune.

The above Arbitration Petition is accordingly disposed off. However, place the same on 13 th December, 2018 when the disclosure of Mr.Justice J.A.Patil will be filed.
