We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with a direction to the Petitioner No.2-Management to send a fresh proposal within one week, as Mr. S.M.Sande is already absorbed in another school and he is drawing his salary. Respondent No.2 to consider the fresh proposal, which will be submitted by the Petitioner No.2-Management, as early as possible and preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal. 2.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty.
