P.C.:- This is an Application for extension of time to furnish sureties.

The Applicant was granted bail by this Court by Order dated 11th February, 2019, predominantly on the ground that, the Applicant is suffering from Kidney ailment and was hospitalized in Sir J.J. Groups of Hospital for treatment.

The Applicant in para No. VI of the present Application has made a categorical statement that, both his kidneys are damaged. The learned counsel for the Applicant today produced on record discharge 1/2

ssm 2 27-appp608.19.doc summary of the Applicant issued by Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals. It is stated in the report that the Applicant is suffering from "Stage 5 Chronic Kidney disease".

In view thereof, the period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by 10 weeks from today.

All the concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of the present Order.
