The learned AGP has produced for perusal of the Court the order/ communication dated 15th October, 2013 passed by the Tahsildar, Sudhagad which is addressed to the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not received the said order/ communication dated 15th October, 2013. The learned AGP states that no record is available to show that the order was served to the petitioner. A copy of the order is taken on record and marked 'X1' for identification. The learned AGP has supplied a copy of the said order to the Advocate for the petitioner. Now the remedy of the petitioner is to challenge the said order/ communication dated 15th October, 2013 in accordance with law.

wp-6904.16 By granting liberty to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for challenging the order/ communication dated 15th October, 2013, we dispose of the Petition. All contentions on merits are kept open.
