By separate order dated 18th July 2023, the Second Appeal has been admitted on the substantial questions of law framed therein.

Only relief sought in the Interim Application is that the Respondent be restrained from creating any third party interest with respect to the suit property. Mr. Agrawal, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that as the Second Appeal is admitted, the Respondent is not going to create any third party interest till the disposal of the Second Appeal.
