The learned Counsel for the applicant in this application for transfer of proceeding stated that the present application has become infructuous as the Presiding Officer of the Court with which the Special Case No.1 of 2013 was fixed, has already been transferred and the matter is now taken by another Bench. As such nothing remains in the present application and same is accordingly disposed of. The Confidential Report obtained from the Principal District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Alibag-Raigad as per directions of this Court earlier given, shall be kept on file. It is not opened as the matter is already disposed of.
