1] Upon consideration of the reliefs applied for in the present petition, we dispose of the same by directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioners, in accordance with law and on their own merits, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of four months from today. 2] Since, learned counsel for the petitioners concedes that the representations may be lacking in some particulars, we direct that, in addition to the representations already made, the memo of this petition be also treated as representation of the petitioners and the same be disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

3] We make it clear that we have not examined the merits of the matter and therefore, it shall be open to the respondents to dispose of the representations in accordance with law and on their own merits.
