The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to fle a complaint before the jurisdictional Magistrate for direction for investigation under section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 3.

Leave granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

In the event, the petitioners fle complaint, the jurisdictional Magistrate shall deal with the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
