After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mrs. Bhatia on instructions of the Petitioner Mr. Subhash Ratansinh Jesrani who is personally present in court seeks withdrawal of the above Petition. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. Needless to state that if any independent proceeding by way of a Suit is filed by the Petitioner, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
