This petition is filed for quashing the proceeding of Sessions Case No.473 of 2014 pending before the 3rd Addl. Sessions Court at Thane. The petitioner in person does not dispute that he has already filed application for discharge under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. in the said case. Copy of the said application is placed at Exhibit A-C, to the petition. The petitioner makes a grievance that this application, though pending since six months, it is not being disposed. The pps

32 wp 1913-15.doc petitioner submits that if the learned Sessions is directed to expedite the hearing of the said discharge application, he will not pursue the relief sought in this petition.

In the above circumstances and in the interest of justice we deem it fit to direct the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge to decide the application filed by the petitioner, for discharge in Sessions Case No.473 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this application. 4.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
