P.C.:- Ms. Mhatre, learned APP on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik-Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 Pandemic Emergency Leave on 23rd November, 2021 from Jail. However, till date he has not reported to the Jail Authority. 2) That, the Petitioner is reported to be absconding and therefore crime No.0212 of 2022 dated 4th July, 2022 under Section 224 of the Indian Penal Code has been lodged with Nashik City Police Station by the Jail Authority.

3) In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition.

Petition is dismissed in limine.
