By this civil application, the Applicants are seeking condonation of 179 days' delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 6th July, 2009 passed by the Railway Accident Claim Tribunal in Original Application No. 261/2007.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Appellant and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order:
